Premier Sports Auction Terms & Conditions

By placing a bid in any Premier Sports auction, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. **Auction Changes and Item Removal** 

   Premier Sports reserves the right to modify item descriptions, pricing, or other auction details to correct input errors at any time during the auction. Any changes will be updated in the item's description, so please review

it carefully before placing a bid.  If the item concerned already has bids, the last bidder will be notified of the change. Premier Sports may remove or withdraw any auction item at any point during the auction, for any reason, without recourse from any bidder or prospective bidder. In the event of item removal, all bids on that item will be nullified.

 

2. **Auction Cancellation and Modification** 

   Premier Sports reserves the right to postpone, delay, or cancel an auction at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraudulent activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, Premier Sports reserves the right to void any bids and terminate or modify portions of the auction or the entire auction without liability to bidders.

 

3. **Technical Issues and Bid Validity** 

   In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any disruption that compromises the integrity of the auction, Premier Sports may void, cancel, or overturn any bids at its sole discretion.

Premier Sports does not assume responsibility for third-party failures that may affect the auction process.

 

4. **Payment and Bidding Policy** 

   All bids placed are legally binding, and bidders are responsible for completing payment if they win the auction. 

   Payments must be made within 12 hours after the auction ends by Visa or Master Card. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the winning bid and potential suspension from future auctions. 

   Premier Sports reserves the right to cancel or reject any bids that violate these Terms and Conditions or appear fraudulent.

 

5. **Item Descriptions and Condition** 

   Premier Sports strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items. Any errors in listings—whether typographical, photographic, or technical—will be corrected at our discretion. 

   The website will always contain the most up-to-date descriptions, which may be modified at anytime. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item received is substantially different from its description.

 

6. **Shipping and Delivery** 

   The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Available items can be picked up or will be shipped within 14 days of receiving shipping payment.
